About Me

I'm Dan and I teach the piano, keyboard and music theory. I teach in Lincolnshire and am local to the Grantham, Lincoln and Boston areas so give me a call and I will be delighted to introduce you to the art of music instruments.

My passion for music began at a very early age and I studied it right through school, achieving an A in GCSE Music and completing A Level Music afterwards. I then went on to study at City University London and in 2010 graduated with a BMus Honours Degree in Music, as well as achieving my Grade 8 through Trinity College London.

I have performed both individually and in a band at various venues in Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire and, as well as writing my own songs, I am also able to play by ear which means I can listen to music and work it out to play myself.

As well as being fully qualified and incredibly passionate about the piano and keyboard, I specialise in an array of different music styles incuding classical, pop and music from films, and can put people through their music exams from Trinity College London.

For me, the piano is such a wonderful and beautiful sounding instrument, and the dynamics and emotional qualities it invokes are the main reasons that keep me coming back to it.

So whether you're looking to play as a hobby, in a band, or to pursue it as a career, give me a call or drop me an email.
